About the program:
The rapid development in dentistry and surgery has led to an increase in the need for graduates with outstanding qualifications to keep pace with this development. Because of the shortage of doctors specializing in surgery and dentistry, especially those who hold a bachelor’s degree, in addition to the limited educational institutions that provide this program locally and regionally, this has led students to search for academic institutions abroad to obtain admissions in this field. Based on the capabilities available to the college in terms of academic competencies, and advanced facilities and equipment that keep pace with global development, the college has provided this program, aiming to fill the shortage and find an alternative for our students locally that is equivalent in quality to what is offered regionally or globally.
The plan of this program is based on theoretical and practical courses, with a total of 226 academic hours, divided over a period of five academic years, during which the student obtains comprehensive practical and theoretical skills, in addition to scientific research and analysis skills, that qualifies them to keep pace with scientific progress in the field of oral and dental medicine and surgery.
