Overview :
Network and Information Security Program (NIS) provides students with the theoretical and practical aspects of the fields of computer networks and information security. The NIS is designed specifically by Information Technology Department, Faculty of Computer and Information Technology, SABA UNIVERSITY to provide students with knowledge and skills to testing system and network, design and implementation of security architecture in the field of network information security. It provides students with all tools needed to manage, design, install, configure and operate computer networks. NIS also focuses on giving students the skills needed to design develop, maintain and build information security architecture and technology. The NIS enable students to understand the forensic and cyber security requirements needed to assess the extent of the damage or loss of information, and design strategies that ensure the possible recovery of data. Students are encouraged to collaborate, work to deadlines, maintain attendance levels and develop strong communication skills.
