About the department:
The Department of Electrical Engineering was established in 1996 and is considered one of the first engineering departments at Saba University in particular, and the private universities operating in Yemen in general. The Department of Electrical Engineering awards a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering after completing all compulsory and optional requirements, amounting to 159 academic hours distributed over (53) courses. These courses include the latest developments in electrical engineering with its various programs (communication and electronic engineering - power and network engineering - and computer engineering).
